The Power of Manifesting: What is the Force Behind it? - Rachel Devine
Manifesting our dreams refers to the idea that we can make our dreams and desires come true by intentionally focusing our thoughts, emotions, and actions toward making them a reality. The basic premise is that we attract into our lives whatever we focus on, so by focusing on our dreams and acting as if they are already real, we can draw them into existence.
Manifestation is the process of translating our thoughts into reality. It is based on the principle that our thoughts and shape our perception of the world around us. By changing our thoughts and developing more positive beliefs, we can change our perception, which in turn changes what we attract into our lives. We all have the ability to create our future.
The basic idea is that like attracts like, that is the law of attraction premise, so by embodying the vibration of already having your desire, you will send out the energy that brings it into your life. Additionally, our thoughts and feelings towards what we want to manifest get embedded in our subconscious mind, which drives our lives by 95%. However, we can put energy out into the universe and penetrate our subconscious, and that in turn should bring you what you want. However, the big question is what is the power behind manifestation? What power brings our dreams into reality? What is the force that manifests our dreams?

What power brings our dreams into reality? What is the force that manifests our dreams into reality?
Below is an excerpt from my book, Discover the Power of the Secret Within: Healing Our Inner Child to Manifest Our Dreams. This will explain the power behind manifestation.
The Power of Manifesting
At this point, you might ask yourself: How does the subconscious mind bring feelings into form? I believe, from my research and my own personal experience, that the answer lies in the universal power that I call God, which is the almighty power that manifests our goals and dreams into reality.
According to many spiritual and philosophical teachings, the subconscious mind is part of a greater universal consciousness, referred to as God, Source, or the Universe. I proudly call this power God, which is the power behind manifestation in all its glory. This higher consciousness, or God, is considered the fabric of reality, and our subconscious mind is believed to be a conduit connecting us to the power of God. In more simple terms, what we feed the subconscious mind with feelings gets imbedded in the subconscious mind, and God brings it to form. I truly believe this is the powerful secret behind creation in all its magnificent glory and form.
In his book, Power vs. Force, Dr. David Hawkins concluded that the most powerful thing anyone can do is pray with loving emotions. That simple statement was so powerful after he wrote a complicated book on kinesiology. The power of prayer is powerful beyond anyone’s imagination and can only be brought to form by our magnificent God. I believe when we put feelings into our subconscious mind, it is a form of prayer.
The source of all power comes from our higher power, whom I proudly call God, and who is the source of all power in the world. God is the light that shines in our world, which eliminates darkness and brings goodness to form. God’s power is what brings miracles to light, goodness to the world, and hope to mankind.
This biblical passage is a powerful statement of truth that resonates with the power of God in manifesting what we want:
Mark 11-22:24 And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, “Be taken up and thrown into the sea,” and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, “Believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
Jesus tells us, “Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”
Jesus was telling us that the power of prayer will come to fruition, provided that whatever you ask for in prayer, you believe that you have already received it. Think about how powerful our thoughts and prayers are. We are only scratching the surface of the power behind our thoughts in this day and age. And we are only beginning to recognize the enormous power of prayer.
Manifesting our thoughts
Have you ever thought about a friend or relative, and all of a sudden, you see them in a supermarket or other public place? Or perhaps you are thinking about someone you haven’t talked to in years, and that person calls you. Or you have a thought about a certain gift you would like to buy, and a relative gives you the same gift. Or have you ever had a feeling that you were going to get the job you applied for, and you actually got the job? Or do you feel, at times, that something great is going to happen, and all of a sudden it does? What happened here is that you put these powerful feelings in your subconscious mind, and they came to fruition through the power of God.
End of the excerpt
In conclusion, when we put energy into manifesting, the power that brings our manifestation into reality is the power of God. God is the creator; we are, in a sense, co-creators of our lives. Awareness is the key to making our dreams a reality. Remember, everything that was created in life started with a thought. And our thoughts are very powerful if directed in a way that connects to the power of God that dwells within all of us. The big question is, what are your thoughts on a regular basis? Are they positive or negative thoughts?

Healing Your Inner Child with Affirmations: Change your Destiny - Rachel Devine
What are inner child affirmations?
Inner child affirmations are positive statements you direct toward your wounded inner child to transform old, limiting beliefs formed in childhood. You want to offset any negative thoughts from the past to positive ones. Our thoughts are engrained in our subconscious mind, that drives our life 95% of the time. Therefore, we want our subconscious to have positive thoughts. Joel Osteen says, “If you want to see what your future will be like, look at the words you are speaking today.” Our words are powerful and direct our lives and create our destiny. Let’s look at how we can use affirmations to change our destiny in life.

Examples of inner child affirmations
I am worthy of love and belonging.
I deeply accept and value who I am.
I am safe and protected.
I am loved by everyone I meet.
I am empowered by my own words.
As children, we absorbed negative messages about ourselves and the world around us. Left unaddressed, these can sabotage our happiness as adults. If affirmations are repeated daily for months, they can not only change the subconscious mind, they will help create your future. The key is to be consistent.
How do affirmations work?
Affirmations are short positive words. Repeated with sincerity and mindfulness, affirmations override years of negative conditioning, replacing messages in our head from a negative to a positive.
For example, you can flip the negative thoughts that invade your mind to positive thoughts:
“I am stupid and worthless.” change to "I am brilliant and worthy.”
“I am ugly.” change to “I am beautiful, inside and out."
“I don’t deserve good things.” change to “I am deserving of all good things.”
“I never succeed with my goals.” change to “I always succeed with my goals.”
“Nobody understands me.” change to “I am understood and loved.”
Inner child healing affirmations
Here are some examples of empathetic, nurturing affirmations for your inner child:
I embrace, understand, and accept all parts of myself.
I release the burdens from my past. I am free and at peace.
I lovingly attend to my feelings and needs each day.
My life overflows with joyful blessings as I both give and receive.
I am filled with so much love that my cup overflows.
The Power of Self-Love
Commit to speaking affirmations aloud to yourself every morning and throughout your day. Make recordings to listen to as you walk or sleep. Before you fall asleep each night, say some positive affirmations. This is the most powerful time that you can penetrate the subconscious mind, as you fall asleep.
Over time, these words restructure neural networks, opening you to more positive perceptions, emotions, and possibilities. The key is to be consistent in continuing to direct loving words and thoughts to yourself. The more you love yourself, the more you heal from inner child wounds. Most importantly, affirm your precious inner child daily. Self-acceptance and self-compassion transform old feelings of unworthiness into an empowered, embodied spirit overflowing with love for yourself. It can literally transform your life.
In closing, remember, the words you speak and the thoughts you have are shaping your future. Our future will go in the direction that we steer it in. Destiny doesn’t just happen, destiny is in your hands and creating the future you want starts with positive, loving affirmations.

5 Ways to Get Out of a Rut - Live your Life with Intention - Rachel Devine
Far too often life becomes defined by mindless routine devoid of any deeper meaning or purpose. Picture life on a metaphoric hamster wheel, where the hamster runs furiously staying in the same spot. Or picture yourself on a treadmill, walking furiously, and not getting anywhere. I understand this concept of standing still, since I lived a lot of my life in that manner. In order to find true happiness, it’s important to live a life of intention.
Living with the power of intention and being guided by your core values, committing to mindful action, and defining a vision for yourself, will open the doorway to greater meaning, fulfillment and purpose in your life, which will reap much happiness and inner joy.
As motivational speaker Tony Robbins said, “Passion, without purpose, is meaningless.” Orienting your daily life around your passions and the impact you wish to have instills significance into even simple moments and tasks.

Living by Design
Famous spiritual author Dr. Wayne Dyer wrote a book, The Power of Intention, that gives us a clear guide on living life on purpose. He advises that “Purposeful living requires making conscious choices and then fully accepting responsibility for your life circumstances.” Don’t settle for drifting through life on autopilot. Instead, make conscious deliberate choices aligned to what matters most to you.
Here are two more relevant, The Power of Intention quotes from Dr. Wayne Dyer:
"When your purpose is in alignment with the truth, you are filled with strength, enthusiasm, and compassion."
This quote emphasizes how living according to your true purpose fills you with energy and enthusiasm. A purpose aligned life feels right.
"Your natural state is to be loving, giving, compassionate, patient, and joyful. When you identify with the energy of intention, you'll find that this will be your everyday reality."
This quote suggests that intentionally manifesting a vision for a meaningful, purpose-driven life allows your natural state of love, compassion and joy to flow more freely through your everyday experiences.
In his book The Power of Intention, Dr. Wayne Dyer encourages readers to get in touch with their deepest desires and commit fully to manifesting them into reality through focused intention, Japa meditation, living in a loving state, and service. Aligning yourself to your authentic purpose is one of the keys to a life of meaning.
I recommend you build routines infused with practices like meditation, exercising your creativity, immersing yourself in nature, learning new skills, being of service to others, and spending quality time with loved ones. A schedule lacking meaning drains energy over time.
Staying Present Through Mindfulness
A crucial aspect of intentional living involves maintaining mindfulness by cultivating presence and focus. As Louise Hay said, “The past has absolutely nothing to do with the present moment. Only in this moment can you create your future.”
Stay rooted in the moment through paying attention to your senses, thoughts, and emotions, without judgment. Saying a prayer will put you right in the moment, as well as taking three deep breaths. Make regular tasks more mindful like, walking or eating with full intention. All you have to do is really pay full attention to the task at hand.
Manifesting Your Ideal Future
Begin with the end in mind and envision the personal, interpersonal, and professional goals you aim to achieve. Using the power of visualization, you can create your ideal future. It takes some practice, but it is worth the effort. The main focus is on what you want to manifest and then resonate with the feelings of already having what you want already in your world.
Neville Goddard tells us in his book, Feeling is the Secret, that the feelings are what manifest our dreams into reality. Therefore, as you fall asleep each night, put one picture in your mind of what you want to manifest in your future and fall asleep with resonating with the feelings of already having this goal already manifested in your life. You have the power to manifest your dreams into reality.
Key Benefits of Living Life with Intention
Increased happiness, life satisfaction, and self-esteem
Reduced stress, anxiety, and depression
Greater resilience and ability to cope with hardships
Improved cardiovascular and brain health
Higher quality and more supportive personal relationships
Deeper sense of meaning, internal coherence, and joy
Heightened motivation, drive, and energy
Purpose
Dr. Wayne Dyer was very clear on this statement regarding the power of intention.
“If you aren't doing what you love and loving what you do, your power of intention is weakened. You attract into your life more of the dissatisfaction that isn't the face of love. Consequently, more of what you don't love will appear in your life.”
Therefore, it’s crucial to do what you love doing, or find your purpose in life. The following three questions can help you determine what your purpose is:
What do you love doing?
Will it help humanity in some way?
Do you feel passionate about the purpose that has surfaced for you?
Whatever your answers are to these three questions will determine what your purpose in life is. Don’t let it sit in the recess of your mind and germinate like the hamster on the wheel of nowhere. Start doing what you love and see if you can make it part of your purpose in life.
In conclusion, reorienting your days around practices and interactions infused with purpose and presence unlocks your potential to live boldly by design. When how you spend your precious time and energy aligns with your deepest values, you will manifest your highest self and in turn bring much passion and joy into your life.

The Power of the Subconscious Rachel Devine
The subconscious mind, a potent force within us, is consistently shaping our reality based on the beliefs and thoughts it receives. Many scholars, including Neville Goddard, have long suggested that the subconscious mind's power, in conjunction with the universe's energy and higher consciousness, is the driving force behind manifestation.
The subconscious mind is the commander of your life. You can create your future with the right tools. You might think that the idea that your thoughts can create your future is something out of a B rated scifi movie. However, once you are aware of the secret power within, you will see the truth about the power of the subconscious mind come to reality and your view on life will never be the same.

Neville Goddard's View on the Subconscious Mind and Manifestation
Neville Goddard, a leading voice in the metaphysical field, believed in the power of the subconscious mind to manifest our reality. His central premise, as illustrated in his book "Feeling Is the Secret," is that the subconscious mind creates reality based on the feelings it receives.
Goddard stated, "The subconscious does not originate ideas but accepts as true those which the conscious mind feels to be true and, in a way known only to itself, objectifies the accepted ideas."
Goddard's teachings suggest that by impressing the subconscious mind with the feeling of the wish fulfilled before sleep, we can align our subconscious beliefs with our conscious desires. According to Goddard, this alignment prompts the universe, or higher consciousness, to bring our desires into reality. To go one step further, Goddard says, in essence, whatever you put into your subconscious mind in the form of feelings, before bedtime, will manifest to form.
The Subconscious Mind and Higher Consciousness
According to many spiritual and philosophical teachings, the subconscious mind is part of a greater universal consciousness, referred to as God, Source, or the Universe. I proudly call it God, which is the power behind manifestation in all its glory. This higher consciousness, or God, is considered the fabric of reality, and our subconscious mind is believed to be a conduit connecting us to this broader reality. In other words, what we feed the subconscious mind, with feelings, gets imbedded in the subconscious and God brings it to form. This is the secret of creation in so many ways.
When we align our subconscious beliefs with our conscious desires, we're essentially sending a signal to the higher consciousness to manifest these desires. The subconscious mind, due to its alignment with the higher consciousness, will thus manifest whatever it has been programmed to believe. According to Neville Goddard, “The subconscious never fails to express that which has been impressed upon it. The moment it receives an impression, it begins to work out the ways of it’s expression. It accepts the feeling impressed upon it, your feelings, as a fact existing within itself and immediately sets about to produce in the outer or objective world the exact likeness of that feeling.” So the question is, what are you feeling and is it positive?
Other Scholars on the Subconscious Mind and Manifestation
Dr. Joseph Murphy, in his book "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind," shared similar views to Neville Goddard. He stated, "Once the subconscious mind accepts an idea, it begins to execute it."
Esther and Jerry Hicks, advocates of the Law of Attraction, also emphasize the role of the subconscious mind in manifestation. They suggest that our subconscious thoughts and beliefs send out a 'vibrational frequency' to the universe. When this frequency aligns with our conscious desires, we attract those desires into our lives.
Conclusion
The subconscious mind, when aligned with our conscious desires, has the power to manifest it into our realities. Neville Goddard and many others have highlighted the role of feelings and the subconscious mind in the manifestation process. By impressing the subconscious mind with the feeling of the wish fulfilled, we can align ourselves with higher consciousness, thereby harnessing the universe's energy to bring our desires into reality.

How to Attract Money
Attracting money can be a daunting task for many people, but it doesn't have to be. I will show you how to attract money by harnessing the power of affirmations, intention, visualization, and the law of attraction to manifest abundance and wealth into your life. With a little guidance you can attract money into your life. This is how to attract money using mind power
Attracting money can be a daunting task for many people, but it doesn't have to be. I will show you how to attract money by harnessing the power of affirmations, intention, visualization, and the law of attraction to manifest abundance and wealth into your life. With a little guidance you can attract money into your life. This is how to attract money using mind power.
Affirmations:
Affirmations are positive statements that we repeat to ourselves to reinforce positive beliefs and thoughts. By using affirmations, we can shift our focus from lack to abundance and attract more money into our lives. Examples of affirmations for attracting money include "I am worthy of abundance and prosperity," "Money flows to me easily and effortlessly," and "I am open to receiving wealth and prosperity." By repeating these affirmations regularly, we can program our subconscious mind to attract more money into our lives.
Power of Intention:
Intention is a powerful force that can help us attract money into our lives. By setting clear intentions and focusing on our desires, we can create a vibrational match for the abundance and wealth we seek. Examples of intentions for attracting money include "I intend to create wealth and abundance in my life," "I intend to attract financial opportunities that align with my values and purpose," and "I intend to use my money to make a positive impact in the world." By setting clear intentions and focusing our energy on our desires, we can attract the resources and opportunities we need to manifest abundance and wealth. Dr. Wayne Dyer has a book called, The Power of Intention, that I recommend for attracting anything into your life.
Power of Visualization:
Visualization is a technique that involves creating a mental image of the desired outcome. By visualizing ourselves as already having the abundance and wealth we desire, we can create a vibrational match for those desires and attract more money into our lives. Examples of visualization techniques for attracting money include creating a vision board with images of our desired outcomes, imagining ourselves receiving large sums of money, and visualizing ourselves living a life of abundance and financial freedom. By regularly visualizing our desired outcomes, we can program our subconscious mind to attract more money into our lives. It is especially effective if you visualize what you want before you fall asleep and resonate with the feelings of already having financial security.
Law of Attraction:
The law of attraction suggests that we attract into our lives whatever we focus on, whether positive or negative. By focusing on abundance and wealth, we can attract more money into our lives. Examples of using the law of attraction to attract money include practicing gratitude for the money we already have, focusing on the good in our lives, and surrounding ourselves with positive influences and experiences. By aligning our thoughts and emotions with abundance and wealth, we can attract more money into our lives and create the life of our dreams.
Examples of how these methods have worked for others:
Many successful entrepreneurs and business leaders attribute their success to the power of affirmations, intention, visualization, and the law of attraction. For example, Oprah Winfrey has spoken extensively about the power of intention and visualization in her success. She has shared that she regularly sets intentions for her goals and visualizes herself achieving them. Additionally, Jim Carrey has spoken about the power of visualization in his success. He famously wrote himself a $10 million check for "acting services rendered" before he had made it as an actor. Within a few years, he had earned $10 million for his role in Dumb and Dumber.
What authorities say about attracting money into our lives:
Many authorities in the personal development and spiritual communities speak about the power of attracting money into our lives. For example, Louise Hay, author of "You Can Heal Your Life," suggests that we can create abundance and prosperity in our lives by practicing gratitude, affirmations, and visualization. Esther Hicks, spiritual teacher and author, suggests that we can use the law of attraction to manifest anything we desire, including money and wealth. She encourages us to align our thoughts and emotions with our desires and trust that the universe will provide us with what we need.
In conclusion, attracting money into our lives is possible by using affirmations, power of intention, the power of visualization, the law of attraction, and putting the work behind the intention to attract money. All of these ways to manifest money are powerful, however, one must have a game plan to attract money into your life, in order to assure it will happen for you.
